Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Fishers, Indiana

Description We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst in Fishers, Indiana. This role is integral to our finance team, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives. The Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely with various departments to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making

• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather financial data and understand business drivers

• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and provide valuable insights

• Assist in managing daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs

• Participate in the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals

• Monitor and manage intercompany funding to optimize cash utilization

• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

• Use skills such as Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Capital Management, Microsoft Power BI, Power BI, Microsoft SQL, Management Reporter, MS Great Plains Accounting, Create Dashboards, Reporting Dashboards, KPI Reporting, Budgeting - Forecasting, Cash Flow Analysis, Cash Flow Forecasts, Analyze Variance, Variance Analysis to perform duties effectively. Requirements • Applicant must possess at least 5 years of experience in a relevant role such as Financial Analyst.

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports is necessary.

• Knowledge and application of Data Mining Techniques is required.

• Must have experience in performing Accounting Functions.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential.

• Experience in Capital Management is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power BI is necessary.

• Knowledge and application of Microsoft SQL is required.

• Applicant must have experience in using Management Reporter.

• Proficiency in MS Great Plains Accounting is required.

• Ability to Create Dashboards and Reporting Dashboards is necessary.

• Experience in KPI Reporting is required.

• Familiarity with Budgeting and Forecasting is essential.

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis and Cash Flow Forecasts is necessary.

• Ability to Analyze Variance and perform Variance Analysis is required.
