INSURANCE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

The Insurance Service Administrator (ISA) role requires an individual who is professional and courteous, and who displays drive, determination, pro-activity and self-motivation. With a positive attitude, the ISA will provide a high level of support to the local team and clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations

• Provides a high level of support toour Client Relationship Management staffincluding:

• Issue and forward evidence of insurance to lending institutions.

• Issue and forward auto ID cards to insureds.

• Process online payments to carriers.

• Photocopying, Printing, Scanning, Data Entry

• Update client data in our Agency Management System

• Adhere to all Agency systems, procedures, and state regulations.

• Cross Training on processes and systems as needed
