We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager in Flemington, New Jersey. The successful applicant will be primarily involved in the processing and data evaluation of accounts payable (AP). This role is critical to our operations, involving close collaboration with the controller's office and AP team on process redesign.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the AP process, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all transactions

• Lead a high-level AP resource for data evaluation projects

• Collaborate with the controller's office and AP team to redesign business processes

• Leverage Infor software to manage and track AP data

• Ensure all AP activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Provide support and solutions for customer inquiries related to AP

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action as needed

Requirements

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

• Must have the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines

• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
