Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical commercial construction and proven expertise in project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing major packages

• Provide engineering and layout

• Schedule and monitor job progress with monthly cost to completes

• Schedule manpower

• Review and process submittals

• Price and negotiate change orders

• Serve as Project Safety Administrator

Essential Skills

• 5-10+ years working as an electrical project manager

• Experience in fit out or ground up electrical commercial construction (life science, education, data centers, hospitals)

• Proficient in using Accubid to perform estimates, change orders, RFIs, bidding, switchgear, life science, and medium voltage

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong project management skills

• Background in electrical construction and estimation

• Experience in commercial construction

• Ability to work with high-profile clients

Work Environment

The role is based in a brand new office building with a fun environment. The work schedule is from 7am to 4pm. Our team comprises individuals who have extensive experience and a commitment to excellence, ensuring a supportive and professional atmosphere.
