ATL Authentic Jamaican Jerk Restaurant is growing and we are adding to our kitchen staff for the 2023 season. ATL Authentic Jamaican Jerk is one of the first & only restaurants in the Flint, MI area, to offer authentic Jamaican cuisine.

We are looking for cooks and kitchen prep support staff to join our team. Restrauant experience is welcomed, however, we are willing to train those who are interested and possess basic kitchen and cooking skills.

Duties will include:

Preparing food items by cutting, mixing, chopping, and prepping sauces.

Cooking food items by grill, sauté, or frying

Following direction and recipe standards

Ensuring proper food handling and correct storage, including dating items

Keeping the workstations clean, stocked, and organized.

Contributing as a team to keeping kitchen, dining area, and waiting area clean & organized.
