Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Flint, Michigan

Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in FLINT, Michigan. The HR Manager will be tasked with managing and improving our HR operations. Key areas of focus will be employee relations, compliance, hiring processes, and benefits functions. The HR Manager will also be responsible for managing our HR Management System and utilizing HR tools such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR department, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Streamline and manage hiring processes, making key hiring decisions when necessary.

• Manage and improve employee relations, acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

• Utilize HR tools such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to assist in HR administration tasks.

• Implement and manage the Human Resources Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept.

• Oversee the administration of benefits functions, ensuring employee benefits are handled efficiently.

• Utilize communication skills to effectively relay HR policies and updates to the team.

• Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to manage and track applicant data.

• Ensure compliance in all HR practices, staying up-to-date with industry regulations.

• Utilize skills in HCM (Human Capital Management) to manage and develop talent within the team. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HCM software

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions

• Strong Communication skills

• Understanding of Compliance regulations and standards

• Proven experience in Employee Relations

• Proficiency in Hiring Processes

• Experience with Human Resources Management System

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proven ability to make effective Hiring Decisions
