Essential Duties and responsibilites:
- Receive all inbound packages: sign paperwork and verify product delivered. Process orders received: verify orders, open boxes to check inventory, verify part number, quantity and/or any special description. Tag and store orders in appropriate location in Receiving crib.
- Reports damage and discrepancies to Expeditor for reimbursement and record keeping.
- Track orders for Manufacturing Personnel: follow-up with the database order tracking system for shipping discrepancies or verification on shipping.
- Responsible for daily manpower planning of the Receiving Areas for multiple HAI locations.

``` - Responsible for all incoming and outgoing parts for part builds at HAI. - Support Material Management Clerks in the quality of transportation of material throughout the shop; interface with various departments to solve material management issues experienced within projects. - Assist Operations for all projects to expedite customer furnished items to the proper location; getting project related items back into stock and/or shipped to the using plant when projects ship; and packaging kits for all projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of various types of ERP systems, automotive industry and safety precautions in a manufacturing environment.
