Description

We are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish. The Bilingual HR Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, providing support in the functional areas of the human resources department including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, and training.

Responsibilities:

• Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.

• Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

• Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel; conduct new-employee orientations.

• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.

• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.

• Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.

• Provide translation support as needed for HR communication.

• Work with the HR team to plan, create, and implement employee engagement activities.

  Requirements

• Fluency in English and a Spanish

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
