Staffmark Investment LLC Warehouse Lead in Florence, Kentucky


Are you a proactive and experienced warehouse professional ready to take on a leadership role? We're looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team and oversee key operations in our Florence facility.

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise, products, materials, and equipment.
  • Verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records, and handle any discrepancies.
  • Package and prepare products for shipment, including weighing and applying shipping charges.
  • Operate forklifts and lift heavy items as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of merchandise shipped and inventory.
  • Review customer orders and manage stock in warehouses, distribution centers, or production lines.
  • Assist in training and leading the team in daily tasks and projects.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, push, or move up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and work on ladders.
  • Good manual dexterity and effective teamwork skills.
