Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a partner to leadership, providing guidance on human resources-related matters, and provides strategic and tactical HR support for the functions and departments that they support. This role collaborates with key stakeholders and leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Through a strong relationship with other HR teams and centers of excellence, support work in the areas of strategic workforce planning, organization design, talent management and attraction, employee relations, leader development, team member engagement and diversity and inclusion.

  • Mentor people managers and senior leaders on issues including restructuring, investigations and other complex employee issues.

  • Provide strategic counsel, coaching, and direction to business leaders on all HR matters.

  • Lead the development and implementation of human resource strategies and initiatives that align with the organizational goals.

  • Develop and adapt current HR programs and policies to meet evolving organizational needs.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards across all locations and field operations.

  • Champion company culture and management practices aligned with our mission and values, including team member recognition and inclusion.

  • Manage existing and help establish new programs to reinforce strong performance and potential, and support our talent development and learning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar, preferably within a global corporation.

  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal human resources law, compensation and benefits administration, and general knowledge of HRIS.

  • Requires excellent employee relations skills, coaching skills and certifications, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and administration.

  • Self-motivated to work independently and adapt quickly in a highly evolving environment with multiple competing priorities
