Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Software Developer to join our team. The role involves working on a workforce dispatch solution and will be primarily responsible for the front portion of the application. This position is based in Flowermound, Texas, 75028, United States and allows the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the front-end portion of our workforce dispatch application

• Coordinate and manage the location tracking of field employees through the developed application

• Utilize React, TypeScript, and Redux for application development and maintenance

• Implement MaterialUI for user interface design and development

• Manage customer inquiries and take necessary actions

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure accurate customer records

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Work on OAuth or Redis, enhancing your skill set

• Ensure the application is efficient and user-friendly for field employees. Requirements • Proficiency in programming languages, primarily React, Typescript, and Redux.

• Demonstrated experience in software development and coding in various languages.

• Understanding of software design patterns and their application in a coding project.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for learning new technologies and concepts.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in software development.

• Proven experience in testing and debugging code.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Knowledge of user interface design and experience in creating applications with a user-friendly interface.
