Job Summary

Grande Cheese Company is seeking a customer service and sales leader for our open Manager, Operator Account Specialist! In this role you will use business development skills to Lead the OAS (Operator Account Specialist) team and the Multi-Unit initiative with the objective of providing solutions, services and tools that build Grande’s Operator’s business and create long term loyalty. The OAS Manager will directly manage the OAS team of associates providing training, insights and direction for the team. Additionally, this role will work with high volume Operators, focusing on providing solutions, services, and tools to enhance Grande’s Operator business and foster long-term loyalty. This role will also work with the Manager of Operator Services and lead the execution of all available tools and services in support of Multi-Unit Operators, enhancing their loyalty to Grande.

Key Responsibilities:

+ + Manage Team: Oversee performance, coaching, and development of the OAS team. Support hiring and address performance issues.

  • Deliver Services: Guide the OAS team in providing customized services to operators. Develop training tools and ensure service quality.

  • Improve Programs: Recommend partnerships and enhancements to the Manager of Operator Services.

  • Engage Stakeholders: Build relationships with sales, marketing teams, and operators. Develop KPIs and sales reports.

  • Drive Growth: Lead business development throughout team as well as execute services for high volume Operators, ensuring alignment with customer needs and achieving growth objectives.

  • Travel: Up to 10% travel required.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field required.

  • Five (5) or more years Marketing or Business Management experience which includes:

  • Demonstrated Cross Functional Team Leadership

  • Customer Selling

  • Solid Communication

Preferred:

  • Restaurant/Operations Experience a plus

  • B2B Selling Experience a plus
