Job Title: Maintenance Helper

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Helper, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at keeping our equipment and facilities in excellent working condition. Your duties will include dismantling machines or equipment to replace defective parts and motors, adjusting feed mechanisms, cleaning and lubricating parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings, replacing or repairing machine belts, and removing waste material from machines. Additionally, you will handle tasks such as painting equipment to prevent corrosion, handling plumbing repairs, operating welding machines for metal repairs or joining, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fontana, California.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Work hours are available for 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 4am - 2:30pm) and 2nd Shift (Saturday - Wednesday, 1pm - 9pm).
