Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Fontana, California

Description

A fast-growing multibillion-dollar company with presence nationwide and internationally is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst or Sr. FA to join a growing FP& A team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in vehicle manufacturing or vehicle sales is preferred. This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to work remotely and on-site.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Development annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.

  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide financial support to various departments, including sales, operations, and manufacturing.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and financial analysis for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's financial performance.

  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.

  • Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

  • Experience in vehicle manufacturing or vehicle sales preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • CPA or CFA certification a plus.
