Robert Half Project Manager in Foothill Ranch, California

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Foothill Ranch, California. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of products supplied to various locations. The Project Manager will be instrumental in evaluating, monitoring, and improving supplier performance, managing supplier-related quality issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall supply chain quality.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for quality in our business and ensure adherence to company quality systems and protocols.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve manufacturing and distribution processes.

• Evaluate, monitor, and improve supplier performance.

• Manage supplier-related quality issues and enhance overall supply chain quality.

• Review output samples and check them using appropriate methods.

• Work with sales and purchasing teams to make informed decisions about product acceptance and continuing business with vendors.

• Track supplier performance and capabilities.

• Implement and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Utilize cloud technologies, CRM, and databases in daily operations.

• Apply knowledge in Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and QA Testing in project management tasks. Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager in fields such as construction, manufacturing, or similar industries

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and CRM systems

• Strong knowledge of databases and EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software

• Agile Scrum certification or equivalent experience in Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience in managing budgets and understanding of budget processes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of QA Testing, QA Management, and QA - Quality Assurance processes

• Experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
