Job Title: Food Services Worker

Job Description

Perform all cafeteria duties, including general food service work. Maintain sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weigh and measure designated ingredients. Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerators by safety standards. Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment. Store foods in designated areas by wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.

Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control. Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service. Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relay relevant information to supervisor. Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.

HIRING ON DAY AND SWING SHIFT.

You must have 7-day availability. (You must be open to working all 7 days, only work 5 in a week.)
