Valid identification and the ability to work legally in the United States Essential Duties: Greet visitors to the company in a professional manner Manage multi-line phone system Send email messages and handle the mailing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail Perform data entry tasks including timecards, work orders, work requests, shipping documents, etc. Arrange and coordinate lunches for meetings Offer administrative support to various departments as needed including scheduling conference rooms, distributing visitor notices, and paging via the intercom system Assist in maintaining the company database with various HR functions Complete other duties as assigned Work Conditions & Physical Demands: This is a non-smoking, professional injection molding shop with normal lighting, climate control. The shop environment may be subject to airborne contaminants and chemical odors as would be customary in an injection molding shop.
