Your role at Clorox:
The Plant Human Resources Coordinator supports the implementation and execution of Culture initiatives in our plant. This role will play a key part in fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement across the Atlanta Campus. Working closely with the Senior HR Generalist, the incumbent will help foster a workplace that supports IDEA initiatives and world class HR Operations. Incumbent will report to the Human Resource Senior Generalist.
In this role, you will:
Serve as an administrator within the HR team, providing primary or backup support for core HR processes, including payroll, leave of absence management, and attendance tracking.
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HRIS management (Workday and UKG).
Support the progressive discipline process and contribute to the execution of open enrollment and onboarding activities (I-9, new hire orientation, recruitment).
Collaborate with HR teams at other Clorox sites to share best practices and assist with special projects or additional duties as needed.
Partner with the HR team to design and implement culture-building activities, such as team-building exercises, wellness programs, recognition events, and plant-wide celebrations.
Assist with the execution of enterprise IDEA initiatives by working with the Atlanta Main IDEA HR Coordinator, local leaders, and managers on communication, logistics, and program implementation.
Manage the Engagement Calendar to align activities with corporate initiatives, including Culture Day and routine Employee Resource Group (ERG) events. Support the annual engagement and pulse survey processes, tracking results and providing actionable insights.
Create and distribute internal communications, including a monthly HR newsletter and communication boards, to foster employee engagement and recognition (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays).
Coordinate plant ERG and community outreach activities, including ERG Council meetings, budget management, and tracking participation through attendance logs, feedback surveys, and metrics.
What we look for:
1+ years of manufacturing experience, with a go-getter attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
HR certification or a 4-year degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with a service-minded approach to support both employees and management.
Strong payroll processing background, with hands-on experience in managing payroll systems and ensuring timely, accurate payments.
Proficient in UKG HRIS for efficient data management, reporting, and system integration to streamline HR processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees at levels from Vice President to production employees
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday & UKG

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $62,500 - $111,300
–Zone B: $57,300 - $102,000
–Zone C: $52,100 - $92,700
