Employer has a Position open for a Probationary Deputy Sheriff Patrol Officer for Forsyth, Montana.

Position is full-time.

Schedule will be determined at time of hire.

Wage is $31.07 per hour.

Qualified applicants must be:

• Of legal age
• A citizen of the United States per MCA 7-23-303.
• Graduated accredited high school or the equivalent
• Never convicted of a felony
• In good physical condition.
• Have/be able to obtain Montana driver's license
• Have safe driving record.
• Be of good moral character

Qualified applicants will be fingerprinted, and successfully completed an oral interview in which the characteristics necessary to a peace officer are demonstrated.

Due to occupational requirements, applicants must agree to, and successfully pass driving record review and criminal history check to qualify for consideration.

Applicants must pass and extensive background investigation upon offer of employment, a medical fitness for duty examination, including drug screening and hearing and vision exams, provided at the County's expense.
