Summary About the Position: This position is located at Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities Direct and manage assigned personnel in accomplishing the mission and functions of an Aviation Maintenance Company. Apply knowledge of methods, techniques, procedures, planning, tools, and practices of the occupations supervised. Analyze work plans developed by subordinate supervisors and leaders for accomplishment of assigned work. Participate with higher level management and staff organizations in interpreting changing environmental requirements to include work techniques, specification changes, equipment modernization, facility requirements and improved workflow processes. Evaluate work operations and review completed work and administrative requirements to ensure work standards are met.
