DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is looking to fill a Project/Task Manager IV (Site Lead) position at Ft Belvoir, VA.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
Provides day to day direction for a group of subordinates.
Provides expert functional guidance to employees.
Interfaces with Government Management to resolve problems.
Establishes priorities of work to subordinates based on Government goals and objectives.
Interfaces between Government customer and Contractor.
Performs other PM direct support functional roles.
Distributes and balances workload in accordance with established workflows and assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
Gives on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
Leads the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining improvements,
Articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, suspenses and time frames for completion.
Assigns work to personnel according to workload, ability, and priority of assignment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge of Defense of Defense acquisition.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science degree and >15 Years experience.
Experience supporting an Army acquisition program office.
Demonstrated supervisory skills for teams in excess of 50.
Demonstrated experience working with Contracting Officer Representatives.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.

Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.
