The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support an Army Product Management office.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.

  • Supports the various programs in providing support to product management teams in the areas of Acquisition, Risk Management, Technical Reviews, Technology Readiness Assessments, and other Department of Defense product management applications.

  • Assist with conducting integrated baseline reviews, compliance integrated baseline reviews, compliance reviews and cost/schedule status report reviews as needed in support of the Product Office’s programs.

  • Provide inputs and recommendations in the development of spend plans and provide data analysis and spreadsheets to assist in the management of the program.

  • Support the preparation, review, and update of the Product Office’s business management correspondence.

  • Analyze engineering, logistics, budget, programmatic, and operations information and data in relation to program objectives, budgetary constraints, schedules and technical requirements to present project status, program accomplishments, long-term plans, and recommendations for Product Office systems to meet life cycle performance requirements.

  • Perform research and analysis to develop supporting documentation for Product Office to include such items as programming, POM, Purchase Request Forms, and Business Management data calls task requirements in addition to preparing and submitting programmatic/budget data into designated acquisition and financial databases.

  • Prepares and reviews acquisition documentation, reports, and briefings.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable)

  • Experience in both R&D production and/or deployment phases of the acquisition process.

  • Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required.

  • Must possess managerial or supervisory experience sufficient to ensure positive direction of subordinates.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in program management, engineering, systems management, business management, computer sciences, information management, or a related discipline.

  • Ten (10) years of general experience and three (3) year as a practicing analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
