Operations Program Manager will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, customer requirements and satisfaction goals and objectives.

What You Will Do

• Develops mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for interventions and problem solving with program managers, operations managers, and customers.

• Constantly communicates and provides status and updates on program progress and performance as it relates to cost, quality, and schedule.

• Works closely with operations, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, finance and management, and the customer both internal and external.

• Results oriented person as demonstrated through prior work performance and education.

• This is an onsite role.

  Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and minimum of 5 years' prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

• Experience with EVMS

• Vendor/supplier management experience

• Experience with product structures, work breakdown and manufacturing process.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  Qualifications We Prefer

• Customer relationship management including relationship building, collaboration, and execution.

• Prior manufacturing experience in fabrication, repair and/or maintenance environment

• Experience working with SAP/PRISM/Windchill/ERP systems.

• Mechanical and electrical engineering background with experience interpreting and building products to drawings; configuration control knowledge.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
