Hiring REMOTE Geospatial Analysists!!

Location: 2 weeks of on-site training in Fort Collins; then fully remote within Colorado!

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level GIS Technician / GIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various GIS projects using ESRI and ArcGIS mapping software. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for geospatial technology to develop their skills and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updating of GIS databases and maps.

• Perform spatial data analysis and generate reports to support project requirements.

• Collect, process, and integrate spatial data from various sources.

• Utilize ESRI and ArcGIS software to create high-quality maps and visualizations.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project needs and deliver solutions.

• Provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in ESRI and ArcGIS software.

• Basic understanding of GIS principles, spatial data, and mapping techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Site

This is a fully REMOTE position (based in Colorado) after 1-2 weeks of on-site training

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
