Robert Half Office Manager in Fort Collins, Colorado

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in FORT COLLINS, Colorado. The chosen candidate will be joining a team that operates in the financial services industry and will be responsible for a range of accounting and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient operation of the office and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.

• Conduct month-end close processes and maintain the general ledger.

• Use Sage 50 and other accounting software systems to manage financial transactions.

• Handle human resources administration, including benefits management and payroll processing.

• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain robust customer relationships, utilizing CRM and Dentrix Dental software systems.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and Concur systems for financial management.

• Administer employee benefits and HR policies.

• Ensure all financial reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 10 years' experience as an Office Manager

• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in General Ledger management and Financial Reporting

• Experience in Financial Reconciliation and Account Reconciliation

• Ability to handle Month End Close

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Experience in Benefits Administration and Payroll

• Proficiency in using Sage 50 software

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferable

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proven track record of implementing office policies and procedures.
