Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Financial Planner with a path to ownership in the firm. This role involves conducting review meetings for simpler planning clients, handling planning tasks, and managing administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning and working with money, enjoys a people-facing role, and is committed to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct review meetings for planning clients. 2. Assist the Partners with planning tasks and meeting review prep. 3. Manage administrative tasks, including website maintenance. 4. (Optional) Develop and execute financial plans for your own contacts.

Requirements: - Ability to meet and communicate effectively with all clients. - Passion for helping people and a genuine interest in their financial well-being. - Enthusiasm for learning and working with financial concepts. - Obtain Series 65 certification. - Willingness to work towards obtaining a life and health insurance license. - Willing to relocate to Fort Collins, CO.

Ideal Characteristics: - Progress towards or possession of financial credentials. - Desire to grow within the firm and pursue a path to partnership. - Commitment to contributing to the firm's growth. - Prior industry experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: - 30 hours per week, with potential for up to 50 hours during review periods, eventually working up to full-time. - Salary: $40,000 annually, with opportunities for expansion if new business is brought in. - Semi-annual performance bonuses. - Flexible PTO.
