Advantage Technical Services, Inc Project Manager in Fort Collins, Colorado

Project Manager Hybrid role - onsite Fort Collins, CO 12 Month Contract 10+ years of experience in supply chain function and/or business functions to work with different business and IT teams to deliver such as ERP SAP, Microsoft Dynamic workflow tool.

  • Leads large, cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to achieve project goals
  • Lead teams though use cases & requirements definition, define solutions, facilitate testing, training, and implementation to ensure a smooth and timely transition to operationalize new capabilities.
  • Facilitate program team and sponsor engagement, create and deliver program updates, ensure program tracking.
  • Consults with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities.
  • Works with key stakeholders as required to optimize supply chain solutions and provide input into new process capability requirements, driving an improved implementation experience and high adoption rate.
  • Lead and report at all levels of the organization, typically engaging with subject matter experts, senior strategy and operations managers, and company executives.
  • Establishes and manages cross-functional, identify and secure program resources, cross-regional and/or cross-business unit teams to design and implement end-to-end capabilities and strategies
  • Deliver relevant program communications, artifacts, and workstream deliverables.
  • Advise senior management to help drive decisions, develop strategies, organizational alignment and meet stakeholder objectives.
