What You'll Be Doing Develop, administer, and continuously improve Interstates' technical training programs Identify, develop, and deploy technical training for personnel needs and certification requirements Plan, direct, and facilitate classroom and hands-on training, electronic learning, multimedia and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences, and workshops Prepare training material and classroom agenda for courses Conduct presentations using a variety of training methods Train and develop SMEs to assist in the facilitation of technical training courses Create instructor materials (course outlines, instructional materials, training aids, etc.) Continuously improve instructional delivery and presentation skills Present on subject matter and content relevant to the industry Assist the Team Lead in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Knowledge and Expertise for this Role Bachelor's degree in Education or Safety preferred Associates degree with relevant background in Safety Training 3-5 years of experience in adult education preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of Electrical, Construction, or Manufacturing preferred Application Questions: Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $60,000 - $85,000 + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: On Site/Hybrid (Sioux Center, Sioux Falls, Omaha, Fort Collins) Travel: Travel up to 35% between Interstates locations and job sites Application Period: We will be accepting Resumes from January 13th - April 13th, 2025.
