Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join one of our partners in the manufacturing/aerospace industry. In this position you will be responsible for negotiating b2b commercial agreements, including contract management, and cost management. You will be responsible for sourcing decisions based on alignment to strategy, competitiveness, and cost management. Other responsibilities can include rationalizing a supply base to develop quality relationships to meet category requirements. This position will require up to 50% travel, domestic and international, to visit suppliers as well as office locations. Salary for this position is between 120k-150k. This is a hybrid work schedule.

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

 - Bachelors degree or higher

 - Supplier contract negotiation experience

 - Strategic sourcing experience (5+ years)

 - Familiar with DFAR requirements Nice to have:

 - Purchasing or Project Management certifications

 - Commodity portfolio experience

 - Aerospace experience

• Understanding of Castings/Forgings/Additive/Metal

• Injection Molding null
