Toadflax Nursery is looking for an experienced landscape maintenance Manager. A landscape maintenance manager will handle leads and existing customers to provide them with pricing and estimates for jobs and services along with overseeing maintenance crew members.Requirements/ responsibilities•Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longevity of client base•Supervise and train employees as needed•Train and monitor landscape activities to ensure excellent quality work is done•Ability to work in all outdoor conditions•Assist client in defining their goals and budget of the project•Scheduling and travelling to customer meetings (valid driver’s license required)•Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients•MUST be reliable, responsible and able to manage crews of 2-3•MUST have a valid driver’s license*If you have at least 3 years of Landscape experience and a valid pesticide license, we would love to talk to you!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:•401(k)•401(k) matching•Employee discount•Paid time offSchedule:•Monday to FridayExperience:•Landscape maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:•Driver's License (Required)•Pesticide Applicator’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple locations in the local area
