ASRC Federal Holding Company Testing & Evaluation SME in Fort Huachuca, Arizona

ASRC Federal Arctic Slope Mission Services (ASMS) is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Testing and Evaluation Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Army Capability Management – Foundation (ACM-F) at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The Testing and Evaluation SME will be responsible for providing ACM-F with comprehensive testing and evaluations of emerging and developing hardware and software, as well as technical manuals and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP). The SME will assist the Government in managing aspects of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) requirements for sensor processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) capabilities. This position is an on-site role.

These capabilities encompass centralized management for training development; PED, ISR, and fusion capability development; and materiel development for the DCGS-A, CHARCS, and military intelligence (MI) communications. This includes transport convergence, network synchronization, and TSL/MCN-AE migration. Further, the T&E SME will be tasked with updating developmental test plans, operational test plans, critical operational issues, and criteria, as well as numerous checklists to evaluate the operational capabilities, performance, and Soldier skills of the systems.

In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Training & Evaluation SME will also:

  • Facilitate the JCIDS process by collaborating with various teams to ensure the accurate capture and documentation of Army Intelligence Warfighting capability requirements.

  • Contribute to JCIDS capability requirements documentation. This includes Analyses of Alternatives (AoA), Cost-Benefit Analyses (C-BA), and other Intelligence Systems documentation such as Critical Operational Issues and Criteria (COIC), Operational Mode Summary & Mission Profile (OMS/MP), and Doctrine & Organization Test Support Package (D&O TSP). These contributions support the JCIDS and milestone decision processes as they relate to intelligence functional areas.

  • Support government action officer(s) in reviewing documents in line with the JCIDS process.

Requirements :

Skills

  • Thorough understanding of the JCIDS process.

  • Experience working with DCGS-A.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum ten years of Military Intelligence experience

Clearance Requirements

Employee shall possess a TOP SECRET (TS) clearance and be eligible for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at time of hire.
