Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Description We are offering a position for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will be part of the Healthcare/NHS industry, managing a variety of tasks such as processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries. The position provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity, with a combination of on-site and remote work.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications efficiently in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain customer credit records accurately, ensuring all data is up-to-date
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Process claims payments, adhering to the company's standard operating procedures
• Ensure checks are issued accurately and in a timely manner
• Utilize Dynamics for various accounting tasks
• Perform data entry tasks as part of invoice processing and account reconciliation
• Use various accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for different tasks
• Handle coding invoices as per company guidelines. Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all accounting details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Practical experience with Accounts Payable (AP), handling all vendor invoices and financial statements.
• Proven ability to manage Check Runs, ensuring all payments are processed timely and correctly.
• Familiarity with Coding Invoices, assigning appropriate cost centers to each invoice.
• Proficient in Data Entry, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in Invoice Processing, including verifying and posting transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
• Advanced skills in Excel, capable of producing detailed financial reports and statements.
• Experience with Oracle, managing financial data and producing reports.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, handling all financial transactions from billing to tax preparation.
• Experience with SAP, managing business operations and customer relations.
• Proficiency in Dynamics NAV, handling financial management, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
