Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the real estate industry. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this role entails mostly administrative duties and necessitates proficiency in various software applications. The successful candidate will be involved in the processing of late fees, payment coupon orders, and changes of ownership in our system, among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the processing of late fees and late letters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle payment coupon orders as part of the daily operations.

• Update and maintain customer records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Manage changes of ownership in our system, ensuring all details are captured and updated correctly.

• Utilize software applications such as Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Word & Teams to perform tasks efficiently.

• Apply skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections to execute job responsibilities.

• Utilize knowledge in 'Real Estate - Condominium', 'HOA', 'Commercial Real Estate', 'Real Estate', and 'Real Estate Industry' to better understand and perform job functions.

• Leverage proficiency in 'Oracle', 'QuickBooks', and 'SAP' to enhance work efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth business operations. Requirements

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts receivable (AR) management

• Demonstrated experience in billing and cash applications

• Familiarity with cash collections and commercial collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite

• Experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Knowledge of real estate industry, specifically in condominium, HOA, and commercial real estate

• Proficiency in Adobe
