What you will do

The Manager, Global Compliance Solutions, acts as a subject matter expert for Global Compliance solutions and related processes, data, and reporting. As an SME of Enterprise Systems, the Manager, Global Compliance Solutions will build strong integration points for compliance systems and collaborate with other system managers to embed compliance controls across various enterprise systems. This role supports the global Compliance department's strategy, drives business results, and effectively manages risk across the organization.

You will:

  • Support the development and implementation of processes, systems, and technologies to meet operational requirements, aligned with the annual strategic risk assessment and plan.

  • Act as the main point of contact and collaborate with various Enterprise System Managers.

  • Lead and influence the demand pipeline for compliance requirements across non-compliance-owned enterprise systems.

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Global Compliance systems and integrations.

  • Provide end-user support and training, triage user inquiries, and serve as the escalation point for unresolved system and process issues (e.g., manage workflows and configuration).

  • Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing for compliance systems integrations.

  • Contribute to a sustainable support model using monitoring tools and analytics.

  • Lead business requests for continuous improvement and prioritize these requests effectively.

  • Translate business requirements into executable plans of action, including technical specifications for systems, integrations, and process enhancements.

  • Understand technology infrastructure and work collaboratively with IS partners to influence the Global Compliance technology roadmap.

  • Support the use of data to develop meaningful, actionable insights critical to business users.

  • Participate in continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency in business processes.

  • Ensure functionality validation and resolution of technical issues before system and technology launches.

  • Raise awareness of the compliance program and promote accountability for ethics and integrity.

  • Support global compliance and privacy mitigation and remediation activities as needed.

  • Participate in other ad-hoc Global Compliance department activities as required.

  • 10% of domestic and international travel is required

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 8+ years of work experience required

  • 2+ years of experience in compliance programs and/or experience with AdvaMed or PhRMA Codes is preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience developing and leading large-scale, global initiatives preferred.

  • 1+ year of experience in implementing new compliance applications is preferred

  • 1+ years of experience leading communications for organizational change in a global company.

  • People leadership experience is highly desirable

$112,800 - $239,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
