The Project Manager for Radiometer is responsible for large-scale, complex installations involving instrumentation, data management, integration, and pre-analytical solutions within enterprise-level, strategic health systems for our Southern States Business Unit (SSBU).

This position is part of the Project Management team and is fully remote but must be willing to support central or eastern time zone territories. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Project Management Team and report to the Sr. Manager, PMO responsible for managing implementation of Radiometer instrumentation and digital solutions throughout the project life cycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Clinical, Technical) to design and implement solutions that achieve customer objectives, while adhering to project timelines.

  • Execute professional project planning using effective oral and written communication and provide detailed implementation execution while monitoring the timelines throughout all phases of the project.

  • Conduct project implementation and status update meetings to manage tasks, facilitate issue resolution, manage risk, and drive the project timelines, and act as the single point of contact ensuring streamlined communication between the customer and Radiometer, communicating periodic updates to primary stakeholders, and providing superior post installation follow-up and issue resolution.

  • Develop client relationships and engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of hospital organizations, including C-level executives.

  • Strive to improve customers’ implementation outcomes, including time to go-live, integration health, and customer satisfaction; report back to Leadership on factors which influence these metrics and implement appropriate process improvements.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or related field and Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification or PMP eligible (real life project experience that counts towards qualification to sit for exam.

  • Prefer 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience with a solid track record in leading projects; able to provide examples and project artifacts, such as Communication Plans, Project Plans, Risk Plans, etc

  • Sophisticated understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with heavy emphasis on Laboratory Regulatory environment and familiarity with Standard Laboratory Practices, including Quality Control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, COLA)

  • Primary language English and maximum 25% travel

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Project Management Tools, Networking, Internet, Software Application configuration. Strong understanding of healthcare IT applications and functionality: ASTM and HL7 interfaces, LIS, HIS, EMR integrations, networking, end-to-end validations.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Master’s Degree or MBA

  • Experience in Medical Technology and/or Medical Devices.

  • Proficiency with Smart Sheet Project management tool

  • Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

    The salary range for this role is $95,000-$110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
