Operations Specialist - Faculty Development Recognition Program
(FDRP)
Essential Job Functions and Requirements:
- Analyze and evaluate methods and techniques regarding issues or studies concerning training and operational programs and plans.
- Prepares and publish operations orders and procedural guidance for special functions, ceremonies, training events and/or community relations/support programs and taskings.
- Analyze and coordinate department-level operational support taskings.
- Publish operations orders and associated memorandums and letters of instruction.
- Track and analyze completed taskings for effectiveness, efficiency and adherence to policy.
- Update established procedures.
- Receive and review FDRP packets and route through the Quartermaster CSM for approval by the Commandant.
- Assist in identifying instructor concerns and ensure compliance with the FDRP. The Subcontractor shall coordinate with ALU for additional training courses if required.
- Coordinate quarterly instructor round-table reverse mentoring sessions with selected instructors.
- Monitor detailed tracking system for primary instructor hours.
- Ensure that all instructor certification data is inputted and maintained in the Systems of Record.
- Collect and input data in quarterly reports.
- Verify that personnel conducting instructor observations are qualified and designated to evaluate instructor performance in accordance with regulation.
- Maintain local records associated with this program for a minimum period of five (5) years (with the exception of the Department of the Army (DA) Form 4187) in accordance with AR 25-400-2, The Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS)).
- Review Instructor Certification packets for accuracy to ensure instructors have met the requirements.
- Review Army Badge packets for accuracy to ensure instructors have met the requirements for each badging level.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Capability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
Possess and maintain all required training and certifications.
US Citizen
Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including narrative and tabular material, e.g., correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of training catalogs, regulations and other miscella
