U.S. Special Operations Command (Army) Supervisory Training Specialist (PSYOP) in Fort Liberty, North Carolina

Summary About the Position: Located at USAJFK Special Warfare Center & School Capabilities Development Fort Liberty, North Carolina. Responsibilities Serves as the civilian deputy and/or division chief. Directly supervises civilian individual and collective training specialists. Establishes instructional design and development criteria through use of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Oversees and makes recommendations on development of the Army learning products which support training and course development including the Individual Critical Task List (ICTL), Unit Task List (UTL), Course Administrative Data (CAD), Lesson Plans, Program of Instruction (POI), Warfighting Training Support Package (WTSP), Individual Student Assessment Plan (ISAP), etc. Instruction (POI), Warfighting Training Support Package (WTSP), Individual Student Assessment Plan (ISAP), etc. Identifies and solves training problems or shortfalls by maintaining a continuing dialogue with professional colleagues, including other training specialists and the unit(s) conducting the training. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing training programs, materials training development and instructional methods 2) Psychological Operations tactics, techniques, and procedures to develop individual training plans, lesson plans, AND programs of instruction 3) Developing training test materials/examinations and training aids. Planning, developing, and evaluating the curriculum for the Psychological operations qualification training program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing training programs, materials training development and instructional methods 2) Psychological Operations tactics, techniques, and procedures to develop individual training plans, lesson plans, AND programs of instruction 3) Developing training test materials/examinations and training aids. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Education / Training Program Administration Requirements Analysis Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Education Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One-year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct deposit of pay is required. Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
