Eagle Harbor Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst with a TS/SCI clearance to support EHS and our government customer in Ft. Meade, MD.

The Analytics Specialist will support the client by conducting research and analysis to inform decision-making processes. This role involves working closely with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Cyber Capabilities Integration and Development System (CCIDS) governing bodies to ensure alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes and capability requirements.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) organization in decision-making processes.

  • Participate in governance process activities and support Government participation in these activities.

  • Collect, analyze, and review information under consideration by multi-level joint capability governing bodies.

  • Develop, review, and validate capability requirements documentation across the DoD.

  • Analyze current and future DISA capabilities to identify equities, synergisms, and opportunities for collaboration with other DoD capability development efforts.

  • Develop Capability Based Assessments and Initial Capabilities Documents for DoD organizations.

  • Analyze data and develop comprehensive reports.

  • Utilize enterprise architecture frameworks to support analysis and reporting.

  • Create charts and dashboards to visualize data and findings.

  • Manage portfolio alignment with strategy, processes, and mission goals.

  • Identify equities, capabilities, and manage requirements effectively.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to achieve consensus among DoD organizations.

  • Develop and present briefs for various groups, organizations, and senior leadership.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of governance process activities and support for Government participation.

  • Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and reviewing information for multi-level joint capability governing bodies.

  • In-depth knowledge of the DoD acquisitions process, specifically JCIDS.

  • Experience in developing, reviewing, and validating capability requirements documentation.

  • Ability to analyze DISA capabilities and identify opportunities for collaboration.

  • Experience in developing Capability Based Assessments and Initial Capabilities Documents.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and report development.

  • Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.

  • Ability to create charts and dashboards for data visualization.

  • Extensive experience in portfolio management to align strategy, processes, and assets with mission goals.

  • Ability to identify equities, capabilities, and manage requirements.

  • Strong coordination skills to achieve consensus among DoD organizations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience

  • Must possess TS/SCI eligible clearance

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
