Your Key Responsibilities
Identification, documentation and presentation of optimization potential in machine and machine & utilities maintenance to the decision-making committees
Innovation driver & consultant for new technolog.es including definition, piloting and further development. e.g. in areas such as digitalization, sustainability, IT/OT security, artificial intelligence, mobile applications
Addressing and overcoming conflicts of Interest and local resistance in a cooperative exchange with all stakeholders
Technical management of maintenance projects including their team members with the possible Involvement of start-ups
Coordination of the regional maintenance network in collaboration with the divisions and central departments
Elaboration of standards. strategies, processes, concepts, analyses and development of new maintenance methods
Development and optimization of IT applications such as SAP PM/M
Your Qualifications
Successfully completed studies or alternatively technician training in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, business informatics
At least two to three years of professional experience in a maintenance environment
Business fluent in English combined with willingness to travel
Experience in project and change management and system knowledge at SAP PM and MM
High level of technical expertise, analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
Customer and target-oriented, impulse generator, innovative, transformational, flexible, social and Intercultural sensitivity, organizational talent, team player
High level of motivation for independently shaping innovative, international change processes
Ability to communicate, persuade and inspire in dialogue with national and international stakeholders and interest groups in different hierarchies
