Honeywell Sr Advanced Project Engineer in Fort Mill, South Carolina

To lead global cross function team to evaluate, plan, monitor and drive project to its commitment goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for defining, planning, tracking and managing the NPI projects.

  • Responsibility for Non-NPI project, including PCR and EWR to support business growth.

  • Be responsible for leading the team to identify key issues and solutions finally, on which as the leader to drive risk assessment, mitigation implementation and minimize the impact by unexpected issues.

  • Lead the team to hit 3ON goals (on time, on cost, on spec) to achieve better team performance, vice versa.

  • Contribute to project team standardization on tools, process, and other department maturity growth activity.

  • Report any process (Accolade, JIRA, Salesforce and any other process) optimization opportunity during project management, and support to participate the same request from PM department

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, etc engineering background education. or a related engineering degree at an accredited college or university.

  • Must have PMP Certification

  • Must be familiar with new product development process,

  • Minimum 5 years new product development management experience.

  • Must be able to provide a successful project management example.

  • Be able to influence all level of stakeholders, from internal to external, from peers to executive.

  • Must have insight of driving from NPI development to a successful commercial launch, and ramp-up.

  • Expert skills in office software such as Microsoft Project, Power Point, and Excel

    WE VALUE
