We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk in Fort Pierce, Florida. In this role you will be vital in managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate credit records, and handling customer credit inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.

• Maintain precise records of customer credit, ensuring data integrity.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer credit accounts, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.

• Implement appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with clients and customers to request and collect payments.

• Maintain and manage customer deductions and rebate programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and organized.

• Continuously evaluate and improve current policies and processes, striving for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation.

• Experience with accounts receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Familiarity with billing procedures.

• Experience with cash applications and cash collections.

• Knowledge of commercial collections.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

• Knowledge of NetSuite software is beneficial.
