Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager who has a strong experience with Epicor ERP system to oversee our accounting department's operations. This role includes managing various general accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue and asset accounting, in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data, and produce financial reports or statements.

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

• Ensure timely month and year-end financial close process.

• Coordinate and complete annual audit.

• Use Epicor to optimize accounting processes.

• Work closely with the management to develop budgets, financial forecasting and report variances.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• At least 5 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager.

• Proven experience with Epicor ERP system.

• Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Excel.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.

• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
