Job Description:

In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will handle all incoming checks, ensure accurate deposit and posting to client accounts, manage different streams of income and execute complex invoicing. As part of your responsibilities, you will interact directly with clients for any collection-related concerns. This individual will have the opportunity for increased responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process incoming payments

• Deposit and post finances to client accounts

• Develop, execute and calculate complex invoices

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding collections

• Possibility of additional responsibilities over time

  Requirements

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organization!

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable

• Proficiency in using Thomson Reuters software

• Excellent detail-oriented skills

• Ability to handle complex invoicing and financial calculations

• Strong communication skills for client-facing tasks

• Half-day on Fridays in the summer, which can be worked remotely

• Flexible start time: 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00 AM for an 8-hour shift (1-hour lunch break)
