Summary
The Administrative Support Coordinator - Special Projects works closely with the Administrative Manager of the Parkview Health System and leads the tactical aspects of special projects designed to enhance the quality and efficiency of the c-suite operations. Responsible to develop and organize plans, coordinate, communicate and control activities of assigned projects.
Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the c-suite.
Administrative leadership in the c-suite with operations, project management or business-related experience.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and recognized professional qualities.
Demonstrates skill and/or experience in the following: leadership, project management and problem-solving.
Must maintain a high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
