Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installers for projects located in the Fort Wayne, IN area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $34/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are an HVAC Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Install new units

• Routine maintenance repair/service work

• Install HVAC equipment like furnaces air handlers and indoor coils and ensure all electrical and gas connections are safe

• Perform routine maintenance troubleshoot issues and repair or replace worn or defective parts

• Fabricate and install ducts and duct fittings

• Perform startup on air conditioning systems

• Install outdoor coils and units

• Repair refrigerants txv and compressors

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC experience
