BAE Systems Project Analyst Senior - Hybrid in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with the majority of time spent on site with opportunity for flexibility during the week to work remote.

BAE Systems is in the need for a Program Analyst to assist Production Program Managers with critical production delivery schedules to achieve customer commitments. The qualified candidate will be responsible to reconcile customer demand with currently known material availability and forecasted material to provide much needed assistance to the production Program Management team. The candidate will be responsible for tracking and creating reports to support business as assigned by Program Managers. Candidate must have strong communication skills, as they will brief internal and external stakeholders on material shortages, missed deliveries, and other limitations impacting production ship dates to our customers. Individual will ensure proper communication flows between proper stakeholders when challenges are identified, as well as work to identify solutions that resolve issues. This position relies on experience and judgment to organize, plan and accomplish production objectives with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected to fulfill a variety of duties.

Required:

  • Reconcile customer delivery requirements against the planned production build schedules.

  • Provide daily support to the Production Program Managers to ensure known issues are identified in a timely manner to address part shortages

  • Analyze Bill of Material needs against planned supply chain delivery schedules

  • Monitor material shortages and work with customers to mitigate the impact of supply chain disruptions

  • Investigate material shortages to provide alternative delivery options to mitigate customer impacts

  • Assist in the development of frequent forecasts for current production demands

  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external (customer) stakeholders.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in related field or the equivalent in experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years work experience

  • Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills

  • Production Control

  • MRP/ERP Experience

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing processes

  • Strong Communication Skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Preferred 5-10 years work experience

  • Experience in Inventory Control / Expediting / Production Control

  • Experience in analyzing and reacting to MRP exceptions

  • MRP/ERP experience

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes

  • Strong Communication Skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64440 - $109530

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
