Lead, mentor, coach and support individual and team growth.

Establish clear goals and roadmaps to innovate and scale; contribute as an integral part of a management team to develop strategic objectives, goals, and long-range plans for the organization.

Proactively communicate site status and risks across cross-functional teams.

Coordinate and partner effectively with internal and external design, construction, network, and facility partners.

Support the team to remove risks and blockers to assure the delivery of structured cabling and network connectivity projects at site, on time, within budget, and to the customers standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Manage an autonomous site operations team that responds to operational requests and break-fixes to assure data center reliability and uptime through the lifecycle of the network installation and server fleet.
