Robert Half is expanding its Full-Time Engagement Professionals Practice (FTEP)—a premier division where we hire and retain top Accounting and Finance professionals to support our clients' mission-critical projects. As part of this team, you’ll enjoy the stability of a permanent role while working on diverse and exciting projects across a 30-mile radius of Fort Worth.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients with their most important accounting challenges, including:

  • Month-End Close activities, including preparing trial balances and maintaining general ledger accounts.

  • Reviewing accounts, posting journal entries, and performing account reconciliations.

  • Preparing financial statements and variance analyses.

  • Managing fixed assets schedules and depreciation calculations.

  • Supporting tax return preparation (sales, state, property, payroll, corporate, or partnership).

  • Assisting with internal controls, risk assessments, and audit support.

  • Performing ad-hoc reporting and financial modeling as needed.

    Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for experienced accounting professionals who are:

  • Technically Skilled: Proficient in general accounting procedures, reporting, variance analysis, and ERP systems (experience with 1-2 systems preferred).

  • Excel Experts: Skilled in pivots, lookups, and macros, with financial modeling experience preferred.

  • Experienced: 7+ years in accounting roles, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects.

  • Great Communicators: Capable of interacting effectively across all organizational levels, from executives to project teams.

  • Adaptable: Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional results.

FTEP employees also earn paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time and paid holidays. The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) received varies based on years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week.
