You will be an ADP Digital Transformation Integration Senior Staff - Level 5.

What You Will Be Doing

In this position as the Digital Transformation Integrator for Advanced Development Programs (ADP), you will be responsible for defining the digital thread requirements for the future state of Product Support and Sustainment in ADP.

You will be involved daily with ADP Programs (Both Classified and Unclassified) and their leadership, while also engaging with the Major PLM Suppliers and their Subcontractors. You will be a focal point for the ADP Program Office and Sustainment Leadership on the status of the digital thread maturation and the deployment of AGILE Managed Software to Production Environments. You will work with each Aeronautics program customer to understand the program IMS and Milestones, while providing feedback on capability deployment timelines to support the upcoming milestones across the ADP portfolio. Other sustainment capabilities and functions will utilize this information to develop and maintain a portfolio level roadmap.

You will be engaged with the suppliers, being the face of capability, and their main customer interface regarding technical requirements. This is inclusive of quarterly AGILE PI Planning attendance and management, providing LM Aero requirements for Product Support and Sustainment to the other AGILE Groups as well as the suppliers.

You will be expected to understand the lowest level technical aspects of the solution, utilize the tools, as well as demoing the capabilities to future consumers of the capability.

Further Information About This Opportunity

• 25% Periodic work travel will be required

• Must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance prior to start

This position can be performed in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth. , Palmdale, CA  Discover Palmdale. , or Marietta, GA  Discover Marietta.

Basic Qualifications:

• Holds an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation conducted in the past 5 years prior to start

• Holds a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering or a STEM related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Experience using military support concepts such as: Logistic Control Numbers (LCNs), maintenance planning, sparing analysis, maintenance task analysis (MTA), Technical Publications/Manuals, logistics footprint analysis, sustaining engineering, and site activation; holds experience in the Released Engineering Life Cycle

• Demonstrated Digital Thread and/or Digital Transformation experience or knowledge

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership with self-starter driver; Proven ability to influence others

• DoD acquisition and proposal experience across a System Life Cycle

• Proficient using PDM/PLM software Siemens TeamCenter and/or Dassault 3DX

• Experience in the Development phase of the Life Cycle

• Experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD) Modeling

• Experience in the Sustainment phase of the Life Cycle

• Experience effectively briefing Senior and Executive Level Leadership

• Experience supporting a major IT system modernization projects like Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

• Demonstrated ability to work independently; Analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability of solving complex problems with require ingenuity and innovation

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
