PennyMac Attorney Portal Client Program Manager in Fort Worth, Texas

A Typical Day

The Attorney Portal Client Program Manager will be the primary technical/operational contact for our Default Attorney users of the Attorney Portal. In this role you will manage the daily activities of the attorney end users, resolve operational support issues, and escalate technical issues to resolution. You will also provide feedback to the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Operations teams concerning technical or operational issues discovered.

The Attorney Portal Client Program Manager will:

  • Provide assistance to firms with technical issues and questions related to the UI

  • Communicate effectively and efficiently in order to troubleshoot and resolve any issues

  • Provide general information and support in regard to policies and procedures for the UI

  • Build client relationships by providing exceptional customer service

  • Respond quickly and accurately to client inquiries regarding system operations and issues

  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work independently.

  • Lead service review meetings and provide documentation for same

  • Have a thorough understanding of services and be able to educate clients on how our products and services would be beneficial to them

  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of UI and development roadmap

  • Providing input on user feedback for technical enhancements

  • Processing inbound calls and email from internal and external customers

  • Researching information requests

  • Data entry

  • Reporting and workflow improvements.

  • Attend and represent Default Servicing in meetings.

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.

What You’ll Bring

  • Candidate must be highly organized, highly ethical with a high attention to detail

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word

  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently

  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment

  • 5+ years of Mortgage Servicing industry experience.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary

$68,000 - $115,000
